Q - This problem occurs on Windows XP. When trying to shut down Windows XP a message saying that there’s a non responsive application named “Change Watcher CDirectory”. After a few seconds the popup is closed and shut down continues.
Is it possible to get ride of this message?

My Microsoft Outlook is configured to start automatically when the computer restarts. I have opened the control panel and canceled the automatic start option but still the Microsoft Outlook starts with the computer.
What to do?
