I have 3 different web sites that are on different servers and sell different products. I needed a Live discuss option so my web site guest could ask questions and get instant info.

I did the usual Google and Bing search for live chat programs. The first I found was free for one week then the monthly charges would start and go on forever and ever. That was the everyday program. Least the programme and pay a per month charge. Some were terribly lower cost starting at 45.00 each month while others were slightly below $100.00 a month.

taking a look at the online reviews did not help much because you never know if the review is a genuine review or just another internetsite searching for sales based commissions. You know the standard 20-30% for sending somebody to the site that turns into a purchase. I am doing the same but limit my links to products I really use and feel OK about suggesting.

At the same time I was hunting for a simple PHP form programme that would force no learning curve and I found one thru Coffee cup software. The form programme is fantastic. Straightforward to use and works perfect each time. They also had a Live chat for an oneoff charge so I gave it a go. It was OK though not what I consider pro level. The largest obstacle was it took chat clients to a fresh page for the chat. If I spend cash to bring them to my selling page I want them to stay there during the discuss. That alone was a deal breaker.

I found another program for an oneoff purchase charge of about $50.00 but I had 2nd thoughts about ordering because all excepting one of the buyer comment sites endorsing the programme didnot have it installed. Lets see 20 internet sites saying how great aprogram is and it's no where to be found on nineteen of them.

I was getting ready to give into a per month charge when I found this site. Comm one hundred. Comm one hundred is a site that offers a full feature Live chat freely. I signed up thinking they would want a card but the question never came up. It is really a free service and on the site it list that all services may continue to be free.
I put it on my jewelry site and it workedgreat. Next on my promotion site with the same good results.

I started to use the service on my website and it is fantastic. You cut and paste a HTML code into your site and itis readyto be used. Connect to the monitor page and it resides on your desktop until you need it. One choice is a knock alert. Itwill knock, yes as if someone is knocking at your front door when a visitor comes to your site. You can also turn that function and monitor by sight only if you like. You can then click a button and send an icon to the page to determine if the person want to ask any questions. An alternative choice is do nothing until you hear a ring tone and that suggests someone has asked to connect for a live text or voice discuss. Yes its got a voice chat option built into the programme.

I have been using this programme for about two weeks and it has performed great. I'm not sure how they make cash because I have not seen any ad banners or up sell features. Iwish some for pay programs would work this well.
