However, there are better ways of making money from internet giveaways. You will do even better if you have something to give away yourself, and use it to build your list.

4. Send them the download page address in an email from your autoresponder, even if your autoresponder already sent them there. This means they have another opportunity to buy your upsell.

5. Continue sending further emails in your autoresponder, giving them either useful information or more bonuses.

6. Then you can start promoting your higher priced products (or affiliate products). Of course, you want the free gift to bring you subscribers who will be interested in your later offers, so choose your free gift carefully.

7. Always promote the giveaway. If you do not yet have a list, there are many free advertising methods such as safelists. Do something every day. This will increase your points so your gift is displayed higher on the list.

8. If you are offered an upgrade for contributors where you have the chance to get your gift a higher place, I recommend you take it. It pays.

Finally, keep logging in to see what is happening. Is your gift getting as many signups as others on the same page? How well is your upsell converting? Are your subscribers unsubscribing right away, and if so, why? There are so many things that you can test to improve your profits.
