Outsourcing has been a vital part of Alex Jeffreys success in business.For example, Alex Jeffreys has very little technical ability and so he has outsourced many of the computer related tasks that have been needed to build his business.It is all about how much you value your time.If you have a task that you know will take you 5 hours to complete, but you could get it outsourced for $10, do you value your time at more or less than $2 an hour?

Finally, Alex emphasises the importance of JV giveaways in building your list. Even though it is a bit of a cliche these days, the money really is in your list. And JV giveaways are a quick and (mostly) free way to build more subscribers. For the best results you should use your own product, but you can still get very good results using PLR products.
