Blue screen Due to - Driver IRQL Not Lesser or Equal
Q - once in a while I get a blue screen with the following explanation as to why the operation of the computer has stopped : DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. There are no new hardware or software components installed
A - this Error Message is accompanied by a 0×000000D1 Error code and sometimes the relevant device manager file appears. What you should do is to restart the system in safe mode, after the computer restarts press F8 and then select safe mode from the menu. hopefully the system will upload… afterwards try to use system restore and restore your computer to a date prior to when the problem started, That should do the trick.
